Terms and conditions

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These terms and conditions govern the subscription and use of digital products marketed under the SolveLens brand («SolveLens» or «we»).
SolveLens currently offers two service lines:
• Managed website — maintenance, backups, monitoring and client panel for websites.
• SolveLens HR — cloud HR software (time tracking, leave, schedules, documents and reports).
By subscribing to or using any of these products, you accept these terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. COMMON PROVISIONS
2.1. Provider and contact

2.2. Subscription and billing
Paid services are subscribed monthly (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Payment is by card through Stripe. Invoices are sent by email.
2.3. Price and terms changes
SolveLens may change prices or these terms with 30 days’ notice. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel before they take effect.
2.4. Permitted use
You must use the services lawfully, provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and not interfere with platform operation.
2.5. General cancellation
Unless stated otherwise per product, you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
2.6. Limitation of liability
SolveLens is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses caused by third parties (hosting, payment gateway, etc.), except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
2.7. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
2.8. Governing law
Spanish law. For disputes, courts at the customer’s domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
PART A — MANAGED WEBSITE
A.1. Description
Monthly website maintenance, supervision and management including, depending on plan:
• Automatic backups
• Security updates
• Support for small content changes
• Service control panel
• 24/7 monitoring and alerts (Pro Plan)
Does not include: significant new feature development, creative graphic design, extensive editorial management or new content creation.
A.2. Indicative plans
• Basic Plan: maintenance, backups and basic panel
• Pro Plan: all of the above plus 24/7 monitoring and priority response
Current prices are published at www.solvelens.com. VAT applies as required by law.
A.3. Customer obligations
Provide necessary access (hosting, FTP, CMS, DNS, databases), keep them updated, cooperate on incidents and not use the service for unlawful activities.
A.4. Effects of cancellation
After termination: panel access for up to 30 days to download information; backups kept for up to 90 days; migration assistance on request.
PART B — SOLVELENS HR
B.1. Description
Cloud software for human resources: time records, absences, schedules, labour documentation, reports and related features. Each client company has an isolated workspace (multi-tenant).
B.2. Sign-up and trial
Registration at hr.solvelens.com. A free trial may be offered (typically 14 days on the Pro plan, all features unlocked). After the trial, the service may be suspended if no paid subscription is activated.
B.3. Plans and billing
Plans (Basic, Professional, Pro, etc.) and per-active-employee pricing are detailed in the app and commercial website. Billing is recurring based on billable employees and subscribed plan.
B.4. Business customer role
The company subscribing to HR is the data controller for its employees’ personal data. SolveLens acts as processor for that data under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to be executed before using real employee data in production.
The customer must inform employees, comply with labour and data protection law, and designate internal contacts where required.
B.5. Employee use
Users invited by the company (employees, managers, administrators) access under their company’s policies. Portal and mobile app use is subject to these terms and in-app legal information.
B.6. Availability and support
SolveLens makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible. Support is provided by email during business hours.
B.7. Cancellation and export
The customer may cancel from the billing panel. After termination, a reasonable period is provided to export data; legal retention and deletion procedures in the Privacy Policy and DPA then apply.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The customer retains rights over their content and data. SolveLens retains rights over the platform, software, documentation and tools it develops.
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any clause is void, the remainder remains in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement on subscribed SolveLens products.
