Is work-time recording mandatory in Spain? Yes. Since 2019 companies must record employees' daily working hours. Dedicated time tracking software gives you reliable data, not just a shared spreadsheet.
Can I keep using Excel for time tracking? Technically yes, but shared spreadsheets are fragile: different versions, manual errors and hard audits. Dedicated software reduces risk and admin time.
How many employees is SolveLens HR for? It's built for SMBs: from small teams to dozens of employees. You pay per active employee per month, with a minimum fee for very small teams.
Is there a free trial? Yes. You can try the Professional plan for 14 days with no card. It includes clock-ins, leave, advanced reports and QR/GPS verification.
Can employees clock in from mobile? Yes. Employees can clock in from the browser or mobile app. On the Professional plan you can enable QR or geolocation verification.
